This form is for CURRENT STUDENTS to submit requests for non-tuition uses of scholarship funds or for benevolence assistance requests. Non-Tuition Scholarship uses include: Various fees tied to seminary study and On-Campus Housing Book Expenses (student may need to submit book receipts and syllabus) Other school expenses on a case-by-case basis Benevolence Assistance requests include: Illness or Injury Death of a spouse or child Loss of employment or other household income Unforeseen expenses e.g. for car or housing Lack of basic necessities of life, including physical, mental, or emotional well being Other unforeseen expenses on a case-by-case basis Please fill out all fields of this request form.

Non-Tuition Scholarship Expenses include normal seminary related expenses like fees, on campus housing, books or other direct expenses to seminary study. Benevolence Assistance Requests include any unforeseen expenses that create a hardship on you and your family in the course of your seminary studies that are not directly related to seminary.
